For all other after hour emergency claims follow the steps below.

• If your claim is an emergency situation and you are unable to wait to file a claim during normal business hours, the following after-hours process must be followed:

  • Save all receipts and documentation related to the repair/replacement you had performed.

  • Do not dispose of any damaged parts and ensure parts are available for inspection should we deem necessary.

  • You must take pictures of any damage being repaired/replaced before any work is performed.

  • You must contact us the next business day at 1-800-801-1342 to report the claim and provide us with the pictures and documentation related to it.

  • We will review the details and reimburse you for any expenses that are covered per the terms of your agreement.
